DRAFT: FOR OWNER/LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING. Not yet in effect. Who I am. This website is operated by Michael Ephriam Khairi ("I", "me"), doing business as MK Business & Budget Consulting. Contact details are shown at the bottom of this page. What I collect. 1. Form information you type: name, email, optional phone, city/state, your answers about your goals and situation, and the consent box you check. 2. Client-portal sign-in: your email and a one-time sign-in link that expires in 15 minutes. No passwords are stored for clients. 3. Payments: Stripe collects and processes card details. I receive only the payment status, amount, receipt and invoice references, and the last four digits of a card. I never receive full card numbers. 4. Scheduling: if you book through Calendly, Calendly shares the appointment details (name, email, chosen time) with me. 5. Life-insurance questions are stored separately from consulting records and are never turned into a consulting quote, invoice, or creator purchase. 6. Creator memberships and one-time support payments: your email, membership status, and Stripe payment references. 7. Technical logs (IP address, browser type, time) kept briefly for security and rate limiting. How I use it. To answer your request, prepare quotes and invoices, deliver agreed services, send the confirmations, receipts, and reminders you asked for, operate the client portal and creator memberships, keep legally required financial records, and protect the site from abuse. I do not sell your information and I do not use it for third-party advertising. Who processes it for me. The hosting and database provider; Stripe (payments); Calendly (scheduling); the transactional email provider (confirmations, sign-in links, receipts); and object storage for uploaded images. Each receives only what it needs for its function. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights. How long I keep it. Inquiries that do not become clients: up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymized. Client, quote, agreement, invoice, and payment records: at least 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Sign-in links expire in 15 minutes and sessions expire automatically. Your choices. Email me to review, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to records I am required to keep. You can withdraw consent to future contact at any time. Please do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account or payment card numbers, or detailed health history through any form on this site. This site is not directed to anyone under 18.
