Cancellation & refund policy

You can cancel or reschedule a free 15-minute consultation at any time using the links in your Calendly confirmation email. No charge applies. One-time consulting services. You may cancel before work begins for a full refund of any amount paid. After work has started, you pay for work completed to date (based on the agreed quote), and any remaining prepaid balance is refunded within 10 business days. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. Consulting subscriptions (ongoing support). Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at purchase. Cancel future renewals at any time from your client portal or by email; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments already made for the current period are not refunded unless required by law. Creator membership. Memberships renew automatically each billing period. Cancel anytime in the portal; member-only content remains available until the paid period ends. Partial periods are not refunded. One-time creator support. Support payments are voluntary thank-you payments, not donations to a charity and not purchases of a service. They are non-refundable except where a payment was made in error. Contact me within 7 days and I will review it. Life insurance. No payments are collected on this website for life insurance. Questions and conversations are free and create no obligation. Payment disputes. Please contact me first; most issues can be resolved quickly. Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
